The present general conditions of sale govern the business relationship that has arisen between Ondacer and the user to purchase any of the products offered on Ondacer, hereinafter CUSTOMER.

PRICES

Prices that are listed in each article DO NOT INCLUDE VAT . Prices may be varied without notice.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We manage the daily orders and DELIVERY TIMES DEPEND ON THE AVAILABILITY OF EACH ARTICLE.

The maximum period of delivery, once received the order of our suppliers, will be 4/5 working days for Spain and Andorra, 7/10 working days Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, England, Holland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Norway, Bulgaria, Latvia, Sweden, Ireland and Denmark,  8/10 working days Poland, Hungary and Slovenia.

The portes are presented to the customer to update your order and you will be included in the total amount of the order.

Your order will be delivered in the home designated by the client, so that Ondacer assumes no responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided by the customer are incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete. Therefore, the customer must make sure to place the order with the correct delivery address. YOU MUST INFORM US OF THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE PERSON WHO IS GOING TO RECEIVE THE GOODS.

All deliveries are at home. Palletized goods will be delivered ON THE STREET, provided that delivery truck acces is warranted.If the delivery of the order the customer is not at the delivery address, the agency will provide you with a notice to contact the delivery service. In this case the additional costs are borne by the customer. The goods are at all times covered by insurance against risks of transport, bewilderment and handling during transportation.

Once the order has been placed in the hands of the agency of transportation, you are notified to the customer via email so you can be attentive to your reception. In addition, it provides you with the number of dispatch and the agency with which he has sent the order to which the customer can see the shipment tracking on the internet and can be informed at all times the status of your order.

Shipment of less than 5 boxes will be shipped under the responsibility of the customer.Ondacer.com Will not be responsibble for any incidents that arise during their transportation. Any order of less than 5 boxes will be refund deducing a 15€ administration fee to its amount, unless it is accompanied by materials or it is a completion of works whose material has been supplied by Ondacer.

When receiving the goods it is mandatory that the customer checks that everything is correct with his/her order and in perfect condition.

If you do not agree with the products delivered, sign and indicate to hand on the delivery note the anomalies that found when it is received. In the event of any incident, we only have 24 hours from the date of receipt of the goods, to claim to the transportation company. We make available to the customer three methods of payment:

a)     BANK TRANSFER.

When you select the bank transfer as a mean of payment, you will receive with your order confirmation, an email where you will be informed of the account number for making the bank transfer in favor of Ondacer.

It is very important to indicate the order number, as well as your name and surname. The order will not be made until our department of administration does not have confirmation of the bank transfer.

b)     VISA CARD or MASTERCARD.

Only accepted with safe card. The payment is made by card via Virtual POS terminal that meets the standards of secure electronic commerce taken by VISA and MASTERCARD.

This new credit card payment system, guarantees the title of the buyer and the secure sale by Internet. The operation of the safe trade consists of three steps:

Firstly, the customer has to enter the number and the expiration of his/her card.

Then, the card issuer verifies the ownership of the customer, either through an automatic call to the mobile, at the request of the secret number or by any other secure method that the issuing institution chooses.

Only if the client is positively identified, the secure purchase transaction is proceeded. This avoids undesirable situations of fraud by theft or loss of card.

c)     PAYPAL.

Paypal allows consumers who have access to e-mail send payments on the Internet safely, conveniently and cost effectively. The Paypal network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a comprehensive solution to real-time payment. Paypal offers a service specially designed for those who do not meet the traditional payment mechanisms. This payment option implies an additional of 4,50% of the total amount of the purchase.

STAVING/UNILATERAL REVOCATION OF THE ORDER AS REQUESTED

In order to avoid any unpleasant surprise when you receive your order, we recommend asking always for a SAMPLE of the product before you purchase it. In fact, we are doing our best to ensure that the pictures, which we display on our site, are corresponding as closely as possible to reality, however, sometimes, colour distortion may happen due to different viewing factors on the different screens. Pictures and images are not contractual.

The costumer will have a period of 7 working days from reception of the goods to cancel his purchase and revoke the order. We will not accept any return of material IF THE MANUFACTURER DOES NOT ACCDEPT THE RETURN that has been used or handled, or considered as special pieces (as steps, skirting or decorated pieces etc.). All the material to be returned must be into its ORIGINAL AND PERFECT PACKAGING AND MUST BE RETURED PACKAGED ON HIS PALLET. Else, it will not be accepted under any circumstances.

For the return of the goods, the costumer will have to attach a copy of his commercial invoice and in any case will assume the transport costs (bot to and from),

WE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT KNOWN THAT MANUFATURERS APPLY A PENALTY. THE RETURNED PRODUCT MAY BE SUBJECT TO A DEPRECIATION OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF WITHIN 30 AND 50% DEPENDING ON THE MANUFACTURER.

If the cancellation of the order occurs before the order has been prepared and loaded, the amount of the financial fees related to the sale (credit card, PayPal) will be deduced from the total amount of the order. Once the material received, and after verification and confirmation by the manufacture, reimbursement (after deduction of all fees, transport, depreciation of the material) will take place within 15 working days from its reception date. The customer will be refund via the same payment mode that he used to pay his order.

GUARANTEES AND COMPLAINTS

All products sold on our web site are at least a two year warranty by the manufacturer that protects you against any type of defect.

If the buyer needs to use his/her right of warranty, you need to contact Ondacer.

Depending on the brand of the product, we will inform you of the steps to follow for the rapid solution of the incident. For any warranty repair has to send us a copy of the sale’s invoice.

In case of defects and deterioration due to external circumstances, accidents, especially electrical, wear, installation, and use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions are excluded from any warranty. Also modified products excluded from the warranty, repaired by the customer himself or another person not authorized by the manufacturer.

In any case, Ondacer does not accept any liability, if the product manufacturer, refused to implement such a guarantee for the reasons set forth above.

No claims can be asserted on the tone and caliber of ceramic materials when they are served in separate orders.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will refund you the total amount of the product or we will replace it without any expense on your part.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the devices offered in this web site are property of registered brands.

TOTAL AGREEMENT

The present conditions of sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning. In the course of that one of the clauses of these terms and conditions were to be null and void, this shall not affect the rest of the conditions.

JURISDICTION

These terms of use must be interpreted and governed by the current Spanish legislation. Both parties, renouncing the jurisdiction that may be applicable, accept, for how many disputes might arise, be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Castellón de la Plana (Spain).
