These general terms and conditions govern the commercial relationship between ONDACER, S.L. (hereinafter, “Ondacer”) and the user who purchases any of the products offered on the website www.ondacer.com (hereinafter, the “Customer”).
Prices
The prices indicated for each product do not include VAT, which will be applied according to the applicable tax rate in the destination country within the European Union.
Prices may be modified at any time; however, the prices confirmed in orders already placed shall always be respected.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed daily. Delivery times depend on product availability and the shipping destination.
Once payment has been confirmed, up to 48 working hours are required to prepare the order.
Delivery times are indicative and begin once the product has been prepared by the supplier:
- Spain and Andorra: 3–6 working days
- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovenia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland and Norway: 5–9 working days
- Other international destinations: please enquire in advance at info@ondacer.com
Shipping costs are shown in a detailed manner before completing the order and are included in the total amount.
The order will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Ondacer shall not be responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer. It is mandatory to provide a contact phone number for the person receiving the goods.
Palletised deliveries are made at street level, provided that the pallet does not exceed 800 kg and that suitable access for the delivery truck is available. If these limits are exceeded, unloading costs shall be borne by the Customer.
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, any additional costs arising from a new delivery attempt shall be borne by the Customer.
The goods are shipped insured against transport risks. In the event of breakage or damage during transport, the product will be replaced at no cost to the Customer, provided that the applicable claim deadlines and conditions are met.
Shipments of fewer than 5 boxes are carried out under the Customer’s responsibility, and Ondacer shall not be liable for transport-related incidents.
Receipt of goods
The Customer must check the goods at the time of delivery. Any visible anomalies must be stated in writing on the carrier’s delivery note.
The maximum period to report any incident is 24 hours from receipt of the order. After this period, claims against the transport company will not be accepted.

Ondacer offers the Customer the following secure payment methods:
a) Bank transfer
When selecting this method, the Customer will receive an email with the bank details required to make the transfer.
The order number must be indicated.
The order will not be considered confirmed until receipt of payment has been verified.
b) Credit or debit card (Visa / Mastercard)
Payment is made through a secure Virtual POS, complying with secure electronic commerce standards (3D Secure).
Ondacer does not store the Customer’s banking details.
c) PayPal
PayPal allows fast and secure online payments.
This method may involve a management fee, which will be clearly shown before completing the purchase.

Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with current regulations.
Due to the nature of ceramic products:
- Only returns of unused products, in their original packaging, complete, in perfect condition and properly palletised will be accepted.
- Returns are not accepted for made-to-order, customised or already installed products (steps, skirting boards, decorative items, etc.).
Return shipping costs (outbound and return) shall be borne by the Customer.
Some manufacturers apply a return depreciation, which may range between 30% and 50%, depending on the manufacturer’s conditions. This will be communicated to the Customer.
Once the returned material has been received and validated by the manufacturer, the refund will be processed within approximately 15 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Warranty
All products come with a minimum legal warranty of two years, provided by the manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper installation
- Incorrect use
- Normal wear and tear
- Handling or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel
Variations in shade and calibre inherent to ceramic materials do not constitute a defect, especially for orders placed on different dates or from different batches.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, Ondacer will replace the product or refund the corresponding amount.

Intellectual property
The products marketed belong to registered trademarks of their respective manufacturers.
Entire agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. The invalidity of any clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Castellón (Spain), unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
