SOME TIPS TO GET MORE ROOM AT HOME

We know that it is usually difficult to have all the necessary space at home to make it comfortable and optimise the most of every inch of your home. For the same reason we can offer you some advices so that your home, even though it is very small, apparently have more space than you actually have and you can enjoy all this.

First of all, we must think that it is wrong in a small apartment to place bulky, very bulky and ornate furniture. A small place must have some furniture according to their possibilities, which fulfil several functions at the same time their quantity has to be reduced  to the strict minimum. You can thus save space and make it the most useful possible.

In a living room/dining room, the sofa, chairs and dining table must be placed as next the walls as possible. Their position near the walls, lets free space at the centre of the room, so it will give a perception of a more ample space.

The table can be placed  against a wall, with its side chairs hidden under it. In this way, if necessary, you can move, but it is not,  just leave it and save some precious meters.

The coffee table, which is often placed in front of the sofa or the armchairs, has to be small. Moreover, if it has one or more drawers, it can help to keep collected objects that you can use in every day.

In bedrooms that are considered twin, beds are usually put in a focused manner. If instead they are against the walls, much space will be won. If the room is not big enough, perhaps it would be a good idea to buy a bunk bed rather than twin beds. Space-saving is considerable and gives lots of air to the room.

In a master bedroom, it is harder to get it, since the bed tends to be large and almost the entire space is fulfilled. The wardrobes are always a good option and help gain room. The walls are usually a good place to store things and we can find in the market many decorative solutions for storing clothing, accessories and shoes. You only have to look carefully and you will find many possibilities for making that a small apartment becomes a great home.
