CLASSIC TILE, THE MOST TRADITIONAL DÉCOR

Although modern and trend-setting designs are very eye-catching and offer variety of styles, some homes that are ideal for traditional and classic designs to be placed on their walls and floors. Plain colours, although cooked as they show changes in shades, offering a look from a former age, in which perfection was not so important in the decoration.

Basic colours that highlight the type of tile, texture and the way they are manufactured, looking for originality and not the homogeneity as with current manufacturing systems.

They are small, usually 20 x 20 pieces, as they looked when manufactured with the rudimentary presses of those times and offer a different and irregular look away from perfection that get big and powerful modern presses.

Of course, they are not manufactured with outdated equipment, as moulds simulating these imperfections are used, taking us back to those times. Enamel is also from current composition, although its appearance make you think that it is an old and imperfect material.

Together with wall tiles, we can also found decorative borders and moldings that  suit design, similar to that used to make hand decorated. Also there are, of course, companies that perform this work using traditional methods, with a price that is in line with the work done.

The buyer can choose between parts made with current techniques or handcrafted pieces. In the first case, only the most experienced observers would realize that they have been made with modern screen printing, although on the wall, the result would be the same.
